Emily joined the team in 2025 as an Assistant Project Manager with a background in community outreach and urban planning, particularly in underserved and historically marginalized communities. Being from Compton, Emily has long understood the importance of community-centered urban development and inclusive outreach practices.

Emily is a double Trojan, earning a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and a B.A. in Non-Governmental Organizations and Social Change from the University of Southern California. Prior to joining The Robert Group, Emily worked at the Culver City Transportation Department, supporting the planning team in developing outreach initiatives that engage residents and inform Culver City’s Mobility Services Plan. This experience solidified the importance of community voice in the planning process.
