Karina joined The Robert Group in 2025 as an Assistant Project Manager, bringing experience in community outreach and public policy. Karina supports the design of outreach programs and materials, ensuring that community voices are meaningfully incorporated into project development.

Karina earned a Master of Public Policy from UCLA’s Luskin School of Public Affairs and a BA in International Development Studies from UCLA. Prior to joining TRG, she co-led a community-centered policy project with the City of Long Beach that engaged hundreds of residents to identify internet accessibility needs, particularly among harder-to-reach populations. Her work reflects a strong commitment to equity-centered policy and amplifying the voices of communities historically excluded from the decision-making process.
