Rafael joined The Robert Group in early 2025 with a background in graphic design and public affairs and supports TRG as a Graphic Designer/Assistant Project Manager. He works with the Managing Director, Planning Director, and Assistant Project Managers to develop compelling collateral materials for projects and supports project management efforts.

Before joining The Robert Group, he was a student worker at the University of California, Irvine (UCI)’s Transportation and Distribution Services department, working on marketing campaigns for events, outreach programs, and Sustainable Transportation efforts at UCI.  He brings a versatile set of skills including branding, print and digital design, ensuring that creative projects align with the identity and mission of TRG’s clients.
